Hi Everyone, I would just like to quickly introduce myself and provide a brief glimpse of what I’m about. I’m Donna, I live in Norfolk, UK with my husband, two stepchildren and our cat. I left school at 16 and went straight into office work. That led me to working in IT as a support technician, leading a team of people, in a corporate environment. I left that job to take a career break when I became a full-time step mum to two wonderful children. They are now fully fledged teenagers, full of vibrancy and attitude, embarking on their own journeys into life. I am a perimenopausal woman (oh joy!), working part time at the local library, and a continual enthusiastic learner of all things. It recently occurred to me that I first undertook the adult education learning experience at 17, and I haven't stopped since! I have taken a wide variety of extra curricular subjects such as typing, interior design, and even a Bachelor of Science with the Open University in 2015. At the time I was aged 44 and had been suddenly widowed two years previously. I am currently in my third year of studying Art with a local art college, Art Academy East.
